πUsing the MAIV Testnet
Now you've got your testnet tokens, let's start using the MAIV testnet!
1. Membership Tiers

So, you've claimed your Sepolia ETH, you've got testnet USDC and MAIV, and you're ready to experience MAIV. First, let's head to the 'Membership' tab in the top nav bar.
Here, you'll see your active memberships, and the tier of memberships you qualify for - as well as confirming that you've minted an access token NFT. Please note, in this early version, it may show that you don't have an active membership despite qualifying for the different membership tiers - this will be fixed in the next patch.
Memberships determine your ability to invest in deals, and the ticket size you can invest in opportunites on the MAIV platform.
In the example above, we can see that we have successfully minted an access NFT, and that we're qualified for all membership tiers. To do this, we simply staked our 10,000,000 MAIV testnet tokens into the 'Platinum' membership tier on a 30 day lockup. This is as simple as clicking the button in your chosen membership tier, and signing the transaction in your wallet. N.B. At this early stage in our testnet, you may need to refresh the page to see changes to membership and investment status. This will be fixed on our next patch.
2. Investments
Once you've got your membership, you can invest in opportunities on the MAIV platform. Head to the 'Investments' tab and browse live opportunities on the platform. In the example below, we can see that there's three opportunities on the testnet - a short-term real estate opportunity pool, a private lending pool, and an early tech startup opportunity.

Pick one and click 'View Details'. This will show you more detailed information about the deal, including the expected return, investment duration, the total that's been invested in the deal to date, and the funding progress. As you can see in the example below, we've already invested $190,000 testnet USDC in this deal, and the funding progress is at 0.1%.
Scrolling to the bottom of this view will give you the opportunity to invest in the pool, or if like in the example below you're already invested, take a larger position in the pool.

Making an investment will give a prompt for you to confirm in your linked wallet. Click confirm and congratulations, you're invested!
N.B. Investment status in this version of the testnet may not be reflected until you've refreshed the page.
3. Investment Overview
Once you've made some test investments, you can look at your total portfolio back in the 'Investments' tab. Here, you'll see a list of investments that you're currently invested in, your total dividends, your average percentage yield, and the total number of investments and active investments you've made.
In our example below, we're in all three testnet investments, from low to medium risk. Our portfolio value is $300,000, and our deals are in the 'setup' phase - which means that the nessecary legal requirements to invest in these funding opportunities are still being fulfilled.

This is the core functionality of the testnet to date. We'll soon have more functionality for you to test! Please help us improve the testnet by recording any bugs or errors, or just general feedback, here.
